Day 1: Arrival (Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha)

Our representative will meet you at Kilimanjaro International Airport and will escort you to your accommodation in Arusha where you will stay one night. As local Tanzanians, our guides know the country with unrivalled familiarity, so you’ll be in good hands from the moment you land to the moment you leave. Transfer to Arusha is about a one and a half hour drive.

Day 2: Serengeti National Park (Overnight in Serengeti)

You will be picked up from your hotel in the morning and transferred to the local airstrip where you will catch a mini airplane and fly out out to Seronera Airstrip located in Serengeti National Park. You will be greeted by your Aloha Africa Safari Guide who will bring you to the lodge that you will be staying for the next three nights. You will enjoy a nice hot lunch before heading out in the afternoon for your first “Game Drive” of the trip. In the early evening, you will return back to the lodge for dinner, a campfire and overnight.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park (Overnight in Serengeti)

Enjoy the sounds of the morning birds or quite possibly a lion’s roar as you wake up in the incredible Serengeti National Park. After breakfast, we will depart for a full day game drive in this iconic land. The Serengeti offers everyday opportunities to spot Tanzania’s most impressive wildlife—including big cats— and witness dramatic moments of the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebras.We will head back to the lodge in the early evening to enjoy the beautiful sunset over the Serengeti plains. Dinner and overnight. 

Day 4: Serengeti National Park (Overnight in Serengeti)

We will leave the lodge early in the morning with a packed breakfast to catch the miraculous sunrise of the Serengeti and to see the Crepuscular animals in action. At noon we will head back to the lodge for a hot lunch and a rest. In the the late afternoon, we will venture out for for a nice evening game drive. We will enjoy the sun set into the savannah en-route and will celebrate this incredible moment with champagne or cold drinks and some snacks. We will be back at the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Transit to Zanzibar Island (Overnight in Stone Town)

After breakfast you will be transferred to from your lodge to the Seronera Airstrip where you will catch your flight to Zanzibar island. This is when you will say your lovely goodbye’s to your Aloha Africa Safari guide and prepare any gratuities if you so wish. On arrival in Zanzibar Island, you will be picked up and transferred to a hotel in Stone Town. After lunch, you will have the chance to explore the labyrinth of narrow streets, historic buildings and ancient spice markets of Stone Town. You can do some shopping and purchase souvenirs as there are many markets throughout. In the early evening you can enjoy the sunset by the sea and grab a snack or drink if you so wish. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. 

Day 6: Zanzibar (Nungwi or Jambiani)

After breakfast you will be transferred to your hotel in Nungwi or Jambiani where you will stay for the remainder of the trip. Now is the time for ultimate relaxation. These areas of Zanzibar are famous for its pristine white sand beaches, water-sport activities and nightlife. You will be able to enjoy the hotel amenities and beach. All meals will be served at the hotel, but you are free to explore the surrounding areas if you so wish.

Day 7: Zanzibar (Nungwi or Jambiani)

Free day. You will be able to organize excursions and activities that you would like to take part in, or simply relax and enjoy the hotel amenities and the beautiful beaches that Zanzibar has to offer! All meals will be served at the hotel.

Day 8: Zanzibar (Safari Blue Excursion)

You will be picked up from your hotel in the morning and embark on the famous Safari Blue excursion. You will take a boat out to where you can snorkel in the clear waters of the reef, and you will make your way to a beautiful hidden sandbank in the middle of the ocean. You will have a fresh seafood lunch on this incredible “island” that is surrounded by pristine turquoise waters. This is truly an excursion of a lifetime! Afterwards, you will be dropped off at your hotel for dinner & overnight.

Day 9: Zanzibar (Nungwi or Jambiani)

Free day to relax by the pool, explore the beaches or take part in any water-sport activities and excursions. The hotel can arrange any activities or answer questions that you may have. All meals will be served at the hotel. 

Day 10: Zanzibar (Nungwi or Jambiani)

Day 11: Departure 

You will be picked up from your hotel at a suitable time and transferred to Zanzibar Airport to await your flight departure home or to your next destination!
